"Filling the Air with Prayer" |
The staff of PrayerFlight has been investigating the possibility of a Fly-In to Ohio in September of 2008 to meet with many pilots and prayer warriors who helped us with the 1st annual and historic "50 Capitals" PrayerFlight. We have come to recognize that planning and executing a national project of this level will take much more effort and planning than we have time for this year. Although it is our hopes to institute such an event, we simply do not have the time this year. We do however have a great option available to our pilots and prayer warriors. The National Day of Prayer, our awesome prayer partners from Colorado Springs have offered to allow our group the ability to meet during their Prayer Summit to be held October 17-19, 2008. The board of PrayerFlight will be traveling to the Prayer Summit where we have been scheduled to speak on Friday night, October 17th directly after Shirley Dobson during the evening of worship and where we will hold a breakout session on the 18th to discuss the past, present and future of PrayerFlight. This will also be our time and opportunity to meet with many participants of the "50 Capitals" PrayerFlight. Speaking from experience, the National Day of Prayer Prayer Summit is a must attend event and we are so pleased that our friends from the National Day of Prayer have provided this excellent opportunity for all of us to meet and speak.
